Three-Point Shooting Requirements: Three players, two balls (one extra Ball), one coach with a stop watch or game clock The rebounder tries to read where the ball is going to come of the basket. She must have hands up, be in a ready athletic position and rebound before the ball hits the ground. The passer tries to pass the ball exactly where the shooter wants the ball. The passer can simulate passing out of the post to the shooter. She also can pass from across the court. She must also pass from both sides of the shooter. The shooter can work on a variety of shots: 1. Catch and shoot, 2. Catch and slide left or right for the three, 3. Catch, jab and shoot, or 4. Catch, drive and step back into a three. Chris Bown is an assistant coach with the Lakeside girls varsity basketball team and a coach of the Northwest HoopGurlz select girls team.
